Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between Newberry Experience, a trading subsidiary of AN Precision Elite Ltd, whose registered office is 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU (hereinafter referred to as “Newberry Experience”), and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) using the products or services of Newberry Experience.
These Terms include important information about our shooting experiences, including any restrictions on participation. Please read them carefully.
If you or any participant has a pre-existing medical condition, we strongly recommend contacting us before booking to ensure it does not prevent participation. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the experience without refund.
By making a booking or participating in any of our shooting experiences, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, and agree to ensure all participants are also aware of and accept them.
1. Definitions
- Customer: Any individual or entity using Newberry Experience’s services or purchasing products.
- Event: Any scheduled experience or activity organised by Newberry Experience.
- Gift Voucher: A prepaid voucher issued by Newberry Experience.
- Participant: A person booked to participate in an experience.
- Supervising Adult: An adult accompanying a child or children to any of our sites.
- Booking: A reservation for a Newberry Experience event.
- Participation Form: The Acknowledgement of Risk, Section 21, and Conditions of Participation Form required before participation.
- Terms: These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2. Postponement or Amendment of Bookings
We may cancel or amend events to ensure safety and compliance with Health & Safety legislation. While we aim to provide notice, we reserve the right to cancel without prior warning. In such cases, all monies will be refunded.
3. Participation Form
All participants must complete and sign a Participation Form, including a Section 21 Firearms Act 1968 disclaimer, before engaging in any activities.
4. Booking Options, Payments, and Guarantee
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. Full payment is required at the time of booking. A confirmation will be issued upon receipt.
5. Payment
All services and products must be paid for in full at the time of booking or purchase.
6. Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Non-refundable and non-extendable.
- Redeemable against ticket value; any excess must be paid.
- Remaining balance can be used for future bookings (no cash value or change given).
7. Packages
We may offer packages combining experiences or products. Specific terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
8. Amending or Cancelling Your Booking
- Amendments requested at least 7 days before the event may be considered at our discretion.
- No changes or refunds within 7 days of the event.
- Group bookings (6–18 participants) may be amended or cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice.
- Group booking deposits are non-refundable.
9. Amendment Fee
An amendment fee may apply for changes to bookings, at our discretion.
10. Prices Quoted
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
11. Reprography
We may take photos or videos during events for promotional use. By participating, you consent to this. Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
12. Children
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age restrictions for specific activities will be provided at booking.
13. Accessibility
We aim to accommodate all customers. Please inform us of any accessibility needs when booking.
14. Pet Animals
No pets are allowed, except for service animals with prior notification.
15. Alcohol and Non-Prescribed Drugs
Consumption of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs before or during events is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence. Smoking is not permitted when using our equipment.
16. Insurance
We hold public and employer liability insurance. Personal insurance (e.g. for injury, theft, or loss) is not included and should be arranged by the participant if required.
17. Losses
We are not responsible for personal items lost or damaged during the experience.
18. Reserved Rights
We reserve the right to cancel bookings for reasons including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Inappropriate conduct
- Non-payment
- Failure to complete the Participation Form
- Legal non-compliance
No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to the above.
19. Participant Behaviour and Conduct
Participants must behave responsibly and respectfully. We may refuse or remove anyone for inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
20. Photo Identification
Participants may be required to present valid photo ID. Failure to do so may result in exclusion without refund or rescheduling.
21. Medical Conditions and Pregnancy
Participants must disclose any medical conditions or concerns. We advise against participation for those who are pregnant or have conditions such as heart issues or epilepsy. Failure to disclose may result in exclusion without refund.
22. Events Outside Our Control
In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions, or force majeure), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and offer alternative arrangements where possible.
23. Clothing and Equipment
Participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing for outdoor, physical activities, including sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate attire. Loose clothing, high heels, and open-toed shoes are not permitted during shooting activities. All necessary safety equipment will be provided by Newberry Experience and must be worn as instructed. Participants who fail to follow safety guidelines, including proper attire, may be denied participation without refund.
24. Online Store Terms
24.1. Ordering and Payment
- All orders must be placed through our online store. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept various payment methods as listed on our website.
24.2. Pricing and Availability
- Prices are as stated on our website and are subject to change without notice.
- Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if products are unavailable.
24.3. Delivery
- Delivery times and charges are as specified at checkout.
- Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure this address is accurate.
24.4. Returns and Exchanges
- You may return or exchange merchandise within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
24.5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
25. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints should be directed to Newberry Experience management. We aim to resolve disputes amicably and promptly.
26. Promotional Offers
Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of the offer.
27. Personal Data
Newberry Experience is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
28. Social Media Competitions
Any social media competitions will be governed by specific terms and conditions provided at the time of the competition.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
